The main theme for the develop proposal healthy and nature. Inspiration – Flora & Fauna, can be seen in the site layout and building shapes. The proposed site is located on Lot 11066 covering 9.919 acres in Bandar Penawar, Desaru, Mukim Tanjung Surat, Daerah Kota Tinggi, Johor Darul Takzim. Planning placement of commidities for the public is the main concern in our design to serve the public.
